Last year the Two Vaults gallery in Tacoma hosted a group show called "Rabbitual". The artwork had to have a rabbit in it, and the rabbit had to be a little on the dark side. I really wanted to enter but drawing a soft cuddly little rabbit on the dark side was a stretch for me. I went through all my rabbit photos and came up with one of Clovis that reminded me of the artist, Salvador Dali.
I think it's a little more on the silly side than the dark side but I had fun with it anyway. It was accepted into the show along with two others. Playing on the name Salvador Dali, I titled this piece, Rabbidor Dali...Do you see a resemblance?
