For the first time, I entered the Miniature Painters, Sculptors & Gravers Society of Washington, DC International Exhibition of Fine Art in Miniature. I submitted these two pieces, Venetian Kittens and Broken Rex, along with the portrait of Lauren I posted in August. I'm pleased to say all of my work was accepted.
The show runs from November 21st through December 30th.

Thank you! They are both colored pencil. The first one is about 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". The other is about 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".
Amazing talent! I am so impressed! I have not one artistic molecule in my body and I admire you for your ability to produce such beautiful things into this world! I believe we're measured in some way by what we give to the world. How nice that you give beauty! :)
Hi Sue,
Here is a link to see some photos taken of the exhibit, by Tatiana Meyers. I hope it opens for you. Good luck on sales! http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=45133&id=149304765102114&fbid=168374893195101&ref=mf
Miniatures, how fun! Love that bunny one, it's just so life-like!
How delightful! I love miniatures. Clovie Boy is a great subject. I love Rex and Mini-Rex rabbits. My Periwinkle was a Mini-Rex. They have such sweet dispositions.
Thanks for following my blog--I've you to those I follow, too.
