Winter Doldrums

Yes, I have it, the winter doldrums.  I haven't been inspired to do much of anything but sit and vegetate. I'm trying to get those creative juices flowing. I'm sure in week or two I'll get my mojo back.

I've been meaning to share a gift I received from my darling daughters.  A calendar for the new year but this one is made especially for me. Can you guess who is the star every month? They cleverly blended meaningful pictures with our boy, Clovie. How fun! Here are a few of my favorites.

Hanging out with the pigeons at Piazza San Marco in Venice. Ciao Clovie!
Carrot snack between classes on the UW campus.

Fishing the Yakima River near Ellensburg. (The big one got away...)

Clovie as world traveler--that is awesome! If I was feeling any kind of ambitious, I would steal that idea for Mr. Mick, but I am a lazy wench and don't feel like doing all that hard photoshop work. :)

How much have you got, RG? I don't mind shoveling a little snow. Don't like driving in it much - my job is downhill. A big hill...
